For 3 annual cycles, managed the work to gain approval for the annual ‘Operating Plan’ budget for the entire estate of applications used for EPC execution

Developed a comprehensive financial model taking input and requests from across the business and DT, and from multiple financial sources.
Managed the review and approval cycle (up to COO level).
Also continued with ongoing cost management through the financial year.
