Working with Business Application Owners, Functional Manager, DT Analysts, Business Leads, IT leads and Hexagon (strategic partner) I implemented changes across 8 strategic and integrated platforms for Engineering, Procurement, Document Mgt and Project Control.
Assignment included an extended ‘stabilisation’ phase to guide the organisation through the underlying WP change that formed the basis for the upgrade work.
