A small project to implement a new tool for analysis of fire protection systems for the global Process Safety community. Project has delivered its objectives and will soon be closed.

After working with the business lead and procurement, Pipenet Sprinkler from Sunrise has been selected as the solution.

Since then, I’ve managed the project through to release to production, including:-

  • the initial management approval gate
  • application install on the corporate Citrix platform both production and non-production environments
  • user testing
  • final management review and approval for go-live
  • releasing the application into production

The project has now completed it’s post release ‘stabilisation’ phase and after final management approval will be closed.
