A six month project to upgrade the company’s global Citrix implementation of Smart Instrumentation application, including non-Production and Production environments.

After working with the business lead and DT stakeholders I’ve managed this project through management approval, funding approval, and technical/architecture approval.

The project is now in the Build stage, starting with initial build of cloud server platforms.

A key decision point is which past project data sets to upgrade. I’m managing that work with the business lead and impacted stakeholder in Project Execution and Plant Operations. Also engaged with Hexagon (application supplier) on their advice and guidance.
