A seven month project to upgrade the company’s global Citrix implementation of Smart P&ID application, including non-Production and Production environments.

I’m current working with the business lead and DT stakeholders to gain management and funding approval. I’m also managing the technical team through technical/architecture approval.

A key decision point is which past project data sets to upgrade. I’m managing that work with the business lead and impacted stakeholder in Project Execution and Plant Operations. Also engaging with Hexagon (application supplier) on their advice and guidance.
