This project is in flight. The overall objective is to replace manual, Excel based work practices with automated, data driven processes.
Initially, working with the overall business lead, I managed the team through a 2-month project development phase and then to successfully pass the full funding approval gate.
The approved project is to deliver the application to the global user community through the company Citrix platform, in two releases, each approximately 6 months in duration.
The 1st release has completed its ‘Build’, ‘Test’ and ‘Readiness; stages and passed management approval gate for release to production on schedule and on budget. Power users have been selected and trained. Use on the first live Engineering project has just started.
The project has completed the ‘Build’ phase of the 2nd implementation release, and passed management approval to proceed to testing.
Final delivery is expected April-23 with project close May-23.
